Many parents, pupils, alumni and local community supporters of IONA school wish to see this unique school and Waldorf education prosper for as many children as possible.  The philosophy and ethos of IONA is welcomed by so many gifted children and enables them to reach their true potential, whatever that may be.  Most of all, IONA is alive with 'happy children', who go onto further education with an open mind, social skills and an eager capacity to learn.

Community-funded places ensure IONA education is available to all children in Nottingham who would benefit from  an alternative to state and mainstream education.  We wish to safeguard this education and ultimately the welfare and choice of future family generations.
